Telesales Agent

Job Description:
The Telesales Agent is responsible for generating sales through outbound and inbound calls. The role includes promoting products or services, identifying customer needs, closing sales, and maintaining strong customer relationships to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Promote and explain products and services effectively.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow-up support.
- Handle objections professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Experience in telesales or call center sales is an advantage.
- Strong communication and persuasive skills.
- Goal-driven, confident, and able to handle rejection.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
- Amenable to report onsite at Aseana 2, Parañaque City.
